What is MAZDUKAN?
MAZDUKAN is an all-in-one business management platform for Indian businesses. It handles inventory, GST billing, sales, purchases, expenses, customers, suppliers, reports, and more — all from one place.
How does the free trial work?
You get 100 days of full access to all MAZDUKAN features. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe for ₹49/month or ₹499/year, or let the trial expire with no charges.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MAZDUKAN works in any web browser. However, we also offer Android and Windows Desktop apps for offline use. All platforms sync seamlessly.
Does MAZDUKAN work offline?
Yes. The Android app and Windows Desktop app work fully offline. Your data syncs to the cloud automatically when an internet connection is available.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure sessions, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and regular backups. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Can I use MAZDUKAN for GST billing?
Yes. MAZDUKAN generates GST-compliant invoices with automatic tax calculation. You can set GST rates per product and generate GST-ready reports.
How many users can I add?
You can add up to 10 users depending on your plan. Each user gets their own login with role-based access control (admin, manager, cashier, accountant, staff).
Can I export my data?
Yes. All reports can be exported to CSV format. You can also print invoices, reports, and receipts directly from the platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and all major payment methods through our secure payment gateway.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days, you get a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
Do you offer customer support?
Yes. We offer support via email, WhatsApp, and phone. Annual subscribers get priority support with faster response times.
Can I use MAZDUKAN for my restaurant?
Yes! MAZDUKAN includes a full restaurant POS with table management, KOT, split bills, combo meals, thermal printer support, and restaurant analytics.

MAZDUKAN supports retail, restaurant, medical, garments, electronics, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, service, construction, and more. The platform is flexible enough to adapt to any business type.
Is MAZDUKAN available in Hindi?
MAZDUKAN currently supports English. We are working on adding Hindi and Marathi language support in upcoming releases.
