Refund Policy

1. Overview

MAZDUKAN offers a 100-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased after the free trial.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with MAZDUKAN within 7 days of your initial annual subscription payment, you can request a full refund.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions (₹49/month) are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable to annual subscription plans (₹499/year).
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • The refund applies only to the first annual subscription payment. Renewals are non-refundable.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Process

  1. Contact support@mazdukan.com with your account email and payment details.
  2. Our team will verify your request within 48 hours.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically process a refund. Refunds are processed only as per the terms above.

7. Free Trial

The 100-day free trial is completely free. No payment information is collected during the trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
